Clifftown Parade

A beautiful double fronted Victorian house over looking the Cliff Gardens with extensive sea views, located in the Southend Conservation area.

A former children's day nursery that was lovingly restored into a white walled, open plan creative agency for over 10 years until the owner wanted to convert the property back into the wonderfully vibrant home that it is today. The space is now transformed into a unique, spacious property with a feast of colour, patterned wallpapers, an eclectic mix of contemporary art & opulent antique furniture with rare find lighting, lamps and rugs found from years of travelling and collecting.

This atmospheric house boasts a combination of elegant period Victorian features with grand proportions and modern industrial styling. Over 40 stained glass windows adorn the top of all the windows and bay fronted doors. At approximately 3,800 sq this seaside location  offers plenty of flexibility and space to accommodate larger productions.
